MEDITERRANEAN MEETS SOUTHEAST ASIA

Marico SEA needed a packaging design system for Ôliv that could communicate premium olive oil quality to Southeast Asian consumers. The challenge: olive oil is not native to the region, so the design needed to educate and inspire trust while looking aspirational on the shelf. Every element had to say "quality you can taste" at first glance.

THE MASTER LAYOUT

We developed a master layout system that creates immediate brand recognition across all 8 product variants. Clean typography, generous white space, and the distinctive olive imagery create a visual language that whispers premium rather than shouting it. The design system is flexible enough to accommodate different oil types and sizes while maintaining brand cohesion.

VISUAL STORYTELLING

Each packaging variant tells a piece of the Ôliv story through carefully curated visual images. The photography direction captures the golden-green essence of premium olive oil — from grove to bottle, from Mediterranean sun to Southeast Asian table. The visual system makes the product the hero, letting the quality speak for itself.
